HOA & Condo Management

Hands-On Support for HOAs & Condos

Small condo associations and HOAs deserve real, attentive management — not to be brushed aside by big, impersonal firms. I focus on communities with 5–50 units because I know they often get overlooked, even though their boards still juggle the same challenges: budgets, vendor issues, meetings, and owner concerns.

When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a manager — you’re gaining a local partner who knows your community by name, shows up when you need help, and keeps things organized behind the scenes. I handle the details so your board can spend less time worrying about the day-to-day — and more time making the right decisions for your owners.

How I Can Help Your Community

My goal is simple: to make life easier for condo and HOA boards by giving you the services and support you need to stay compliant, efficient, and responsive. I handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that can pile up fast — things like preparing meeting agendas and notices, keeping important documents organized, maintaining records, and managing board and owner correspondence so nothing falls through the cracks.

I’m also here as an on-call advisor for more complex matters. I can review your bylaws and rules — and help update them if needed — assist with budgeting and financial planning, coordinate vendor bids and contracts, and craft or enforce policies that align with best practices and legal requirements.

Communication is another area where I take the pressure off your board. I’ll help you keep homeowners in the loop through clear newsletters, email updates, and prompt responses to owner questions or concerns. And just as important, I make sure your association stays in full compliance with Connecticut laws and your own governing documents — including meetings, notices, and record-keeping.

By taking care of these details behind the scenes, I free up your volunteer board to focus on the bigger picture. The result? A smoother-running, well-informed community where issues are handled proactively and residents feel heard, respected, and cared for.

15+ Years of Local Experience

With well over a decade of experience in community association management, I’ve had the privilege of working with all kinds of properties and boards throughout Greater Hartford County. From small 10-unit condo communities in quiet suburban towns to high-rise, master-planned HOAs right in the Hartford area, I’ve partnered with boards made up of first-time volunteers and seasoned members alike.

This breadth of experience means I truly understand the unique challenges that Connecticut condos and HOAs face — whether that’s handling harsh New England winters, navigating neighbor disputes, or making sense of the state’s condo laws. (I’m well-versed in the Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Act and the local rules that shape how associations run every day.)

My approach is both professional and personal: I see myself as a trusted partner to your board. You can count on me for clear communication, practical advice, and a hands-on style that helps keep your property well-maintained — and your board fully informed to make confident, smart decisions.

Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®)

I hold the CMCA designation, which is a professional certification specifically for community association managers. It’s awarded by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), an independent organization established by the Community Associations Institute. In plain language, this credential is like a stamp of approval in our industry – earning it meant I demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to effectively manage condo and HOA communities. For you as a condo or HOA board member, having a CMCA-certified manager matters because it guarantees you’re working with someone who meets strict standards and stays up-to-date on best practices. In fact, the CMCA is a trusted designation only awarded to professionals who have proven their competency and commitment to ethical, effective community management.
